At FabKraft, every product is handcrafted with love, care, and tradition. While we ensure thorough quality checks before shipping, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly, keeping your comfort at the heart of everything we do.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Please note: Due to the nature of handcrafted products, minor irregularities in print or dye are not considered defects—they’re a mark of authenticity.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products bought under Sale, Discount or Offers
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items that show signs of use, wash, or damage post-delivery
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at FabKraft.homedecor@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect/wrong item (if applicable)
2. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to ship the item back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’d like a different product, you can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
• For eligible returns, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
